Construction Site Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee a large BESS project. As the number one on site, you will be responsible as the Principal Contractor for the on-site management and coordination of all activities, reporting upwards to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture on site.
- Manage and supervise the site team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high performance and efficient operation.
