We’re looking for an experienced Building Safety Act Principal Designer to support a 6–9 month project in Berkshire. This is a part-time role with a requirement for regular site presence, so we’re keen to hear from professionals who can combine strong technical knowledge with practical, on-site delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act
