We’re looking for an experienced Building Safety Act Principal Designer to support a 6–9 month project in Berkshire. This is a part-time role with a requirement for regular site presence, so we’re keen to hear from professionals who can combine strong technical knowledge with practical, on-site delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act
- Provide oversight and coordination of design risk management
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and duty holder requirements

- Attend site as required to support safe and compliant delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience acting as a BSA Principal Designer
