We have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Team Member to join the team at Runnymede on Thames, part of Warner Hotels. This is a part time role.
What are we looking for?
- A skilled and detail-oriented Painter and Decorator to carry out internal and external painting and decorating, preparation works to walls and minor repairs to surfaces and structures prior to decorating/painting.
- Someone who can work independently to care for the maintenance of the building carrying out minor works, ensuring the building is not only looking its best, but all areas are fully functioning.
- Someone able to use and maintain a range of equipment to include loose hand tools, power tools and door lock equipment.
- Be guest focused, always having a positive and problem-solving attitude.
- A people person who would put the guest journey at the heart of everything they do.
- Someone who will care about the wider team and look to support wherever needed.
What skills do I need?
- Previous experience as a maintenance technician will help but not essential – mainly a willingness to learn about maintenance covering a large hotel.
