Set within magnificent grounds, Sinah Warren is a 258‑bedroom coastal hotel with theatre, purpose-built spa, and leisure facilities (gym, indoor and outdoor pools), restaurant and bar located on Hayling Island off the Hampshire coast close to Portsmouth.

You will play a vital role within our Spa and Leisure team, delivering a 5‑star luxury guest experience. Performing a full range of professional spa treatments, you will ensure they are delivered to the highest standards, leaving guests relaxed and pampered.

What we are looking for in a spa therapist

  • Passionate about the spa industry and performing high‑standard spa treatments
  • Guest focused to ensure a 5‑star spa experience
  • 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Team player to support the success of our spa and leisure department
  • Ability to offer expert advice on skincare and body products. Full training provided.
  • Opportunities to deliver our Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops
  • Support the Spa and Leisure team with any other ad‑hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning.

Skills Required

  • Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications
  • Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
  • Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
  • Holistic Qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (Preferred but not essential)
  • Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii (Preferred but not essential)

* Please note the hourly rate is based on experience, qualifications and age. Retail and incentive schemes involve a target which must be achieved. Full details will be provided at the interview.
