You will play a vital role within our Spa and Leisure team, in delivering a 5-star luxury guest experience. Performing a full range of professional spa treatments, you will ensure they are delivered to the highest standards, leaving our guests feeling relaxed and truly pampered.

What we are looking for in a spa therapist:

  • Passionate about the spa industry and performing high standard spa treatments.
  • Guest focused to ensure a 5-star spa experience.
  • 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential).
  • Team player to support the success of our spa and leisure department.
  • Ability to offer expert advice on skincare and body products. Full training provided.
  • Opportunities to deliver our Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops.
  • Support the Spa and Leisure team with any other ad-hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning.

Skills Required:

  • Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications.
  • Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (Preferred but not essential).
  • Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications (Preferred but not essential).
  • Holistic Qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (Preferred but not essential).
  • Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii (Preferred but not essential).

Please note the hourly rate is based on experience, qualifications and age. Retail and incentive schemes involve a target which must be achieved. Full details will be provided at the interview.
