Join our team at Holme Lacy, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This Grade I listed 181‑bedroom hotel in Herefordshire has a theatre, spa, two restaurants, and a coffee shop, all set in 20 acres of green fields.

Spa Therapist – Up to £12.71 per hour

You will play a vital role within our Spa and Leisure team, in delivering a 5‑star luxury guest experience. Performing a full range of professional spa treatments, you will ensure they are delivered to the highest standards, leaving our guests feeling relaxed and truly pampered.

What we are looking for in a spa therapist:

  • Passionate about the spa industry and performing high standard spa treatments
  • Guest focused to ensure a 5‑star spa experience
  • 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Team player to support the success of our spa and leisure department
  • Ability to offer expert advice on skincare and body products – full training provided
  • Opportunities to deliver our Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops
  • Support the Spa and Leisure team with any other ad‑hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning

Skills Required:

  • Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications
  • Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
  • Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
  • Holistic Qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (Preferred but not essential)
  • Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii (Preferred but not essential)

* Please note the hourly rate is based on experience, qualifications and age. Retail and incentive schemes involve a target which must be achieved. Full details will be provided at the interview.
