Join our team at Heythrop Park, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This 311‑bedroom hotel with two theatres, a spa, and three restaurants is set within 440 acres of parkland in the heart of the Cotswolds. The Operational Support Team Member plays a key role in supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of hotel operations through effective administration and team support.
As our Operational Support Team Member, you’ll assist with general administration across a range of tasks, including employee relations, finance, new starter inductions, uniform, team training compliance, onboarding, and team engagement activities to ensure operational consistency and an excellent colleague experience. You’ll be supporting the Operational Support Coordinator, to ensure that the hotel teams have what they need to run their departments effectively.
Key responsibilities for the Operational Support Team Member will include:
- Uniform and stationery ordering
- Petty cash processing
- Maintaining internal noticeboards and supporting internal communications across departments
- Acting as a point of contact for operational administration queries
- Coordinating onboarding administration and hosting inductions for new colleagues
- Supporting team IT queries
- Safe & Secure reporting and compliance
- Quarterly sundry stocktaking
- Coordinating Uniform stock in line with budget
- Supporting with live in room checks
- Monthly float counts
- Tracking open tabs on tills, to ensure they are closed daily
- Supporting colleague wellbeing initiatives, engagement activities, and recognition programmes such as 'Glow Getters'
- Helping maintain a positive and inclusive team culture across the hotel
