You will play a vital role within our Spa and Leisure team, in delivering a 5‑star luxury guest experience. Performing a full range of professional spa treatments, you will ensure they are delivered to the highest standards, leaving our guests feeling relaxed and truly pampered.
What we are looking for in a spa therapist:
- Passionate about the spa industry and performing high standard spa treatments
- Guest focused to ensure a 5‑star spa experience
- 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential)
- Team player to support the success of our spa and leisure department
- Ability to offer expert advice on skincare and body products – full training provided
- Opportunities to deliver our Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops
- Support the Spa and Leisure team with any other ad‑hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning
Skills Required:
- Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications
- Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
- Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
- Holistic Qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (Preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii (Preferred but not essential)
