We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lifeguard Team Member to join our team at Warner Hotels.
As part of our supportive Leisure team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our guests while they enjoy our swimming pool and leisure facilities.
You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, carrying out poolside supervision, responding to incidents when required, and delivering excellent customer service.
Alongside the Leisure Manager and wider team, you will be a fundamental part of creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for every guest throughout their stay.

What will I be doing?
- Monitor and ensure the safety of guests in and around swimming areas
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a fun atmosphere
- Execute rescue techniques and administer first aid as needed
- Educate guests about pool safety rules and regulations
What skills do I need?
- National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS).
- Able to swim a minimum of 100 meters
- Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy
