Warner Hotels, the UK’s leading provider of adult short break experiences, is growing its Talent Acquisition team to support 8 hotels. We are recruiting Talent Acquisition Advisors on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to directly attract, source and recruit top talent.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and support effective recruitment strategies to fill vacancies efficiently and cost‑effectively.
- Take ownership for Management and Salaried recruitment in hotels and support colleague recruitment as required.
- Lead candidate attraction and recruitment planning, sourcing and screening, manage the candidate experience through to offer and track your work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and contribute to projects that redefine the Talent Acquisition process.
Qualifications
- Currently in a recruitment role with experience using a range of tools and methods to maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Comfortable working on operational roles from Kitchen Porter to Head of Department and willing to explore varied options to find suitable candidates.
- Experience with ElementsSuite ATS is a bonus.
Contract Details
This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract based at our offices in Hemel Hempstead, working 3 days a week.
