We are currently recruiting for a Proposition Manager - FTC who will be playing a key role in shaping, developing and delivering Warner Hotels’ guest propositions. Reporting to the Head of Proposition, the role helps translate strategy into experiences that are distinctive, deliverable and commercially sound. The Proposition Manager must be able to work flexibly across the full breadth of the Warner proposition, applying core proposition development and delivery skills across multiple experience pillars. While individuals may bring deeper expertise in a specific area, the role requires strong transferability of skills to work effectively across F&B, entertainment, spa, experiences and in-between moments.
This is a dynamic role that blends strategic thinking, experience design, project management and delivery support. It requires confidence operating in complex, evolving workstreams.
Key Responsibilities- Proposition Development
- Support the development and evolution of Warner’s guest propositions across all segments, with a strong focus on clarity, consistency and guest impact.
- Help translate the overarching brand and experience strategy into tangible propositions across key experience pillars including F&B, entertainment, spa and activities.
- Shape experiences that clearly align to our three segments (Comfort, Warner and Reserve), ensuring each delivers a distinct, intentional guest experience while remaining true to the overall Warner brand.
- Support the development and application of proposals, playbooks, blueprints, and proposition guidance so they are practical, usable and scalable, and help teams develop and deliver the experience with confidence and pride.
- Proposition Delivery & Project Support
- Support the delivery of propositions, helping move work from concept through development to implementation without losing intent or quality.
- Bring structure to complex programmes, tracking progress, dependencies and key decisions across multiple workstreams.
- Help maintain momentum, flag risks early and support clear, timely decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality materials for proposition reviews, working sessions and senior forums that clearly articulate how experiences should feel, flow and land for guests.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, F&B, entertainment, spa, brand, marketing and finance teams to ensure propositions are aligned, feasible and deliverable in live hotel environments.
- Regularly update key stakeholders and cross-functional teams through clear, structured meetings and well-considered outputs.
- Support the delivery of briefing documents, insight reports and health and safety audits required to enable proposition development and rollout.
- ‘Pull the thread’ between strategy and execution, helping teams understand not just what is changing, but why it matters to the guest experience and our wider strategy.
- Quality, Insight & Guest Lens
- Sense-check propositions through a guest lens, ensuring experiences feel intentional, joined-up and appropriate for each segment.
- Hold an end-to-end view of the guest experience across all pillars, ensuring the overall proposition feels coherent and intentional, rather than optimised in silos by individual functions.
- Where individual functional priorities risk diluting the overall experience, the Proposition Manager is expected to challenge constructively and help realign decisions back to the intended guest proposition.
- Maintain a high bar for quality and consistency across proposition outputs, ensuring detail supports the overall experience.
- Use insight, guest feedback and live learnings to inform ongoing refinement and evolution of propositions, strengthening how guests feel during and after their stay.
- Support to Head of Proposition
- Act as a trusted partner to the Head of Proposition, proactively owning defined workstreams and priorities.
- Provide thoughtful challenge and practical problem-solving to sharpen proposition thinking and decision-making.
- Help protect focus on work that genuinely drives guest value, team clarity and commercial impact.
- Principles of proposition development and experience design.
- Segmentation-led thinking and how propositions flex by audience and price point.
- How different experience pillars interact (F&B, entertainment, spa, activities, in-between moments).
- Commercial drivers in guest propositions, including spend, appeal, and deliverability.
- Develop, shape and implement guest propositions with clear intent and structure.
- Translate strategy into practical, deliverable experiences teams can execute.
- Work confidently across ambiguity, bringing clarity and momentum to complex work.
- Move work from concept through development to roll out without losing quality or intent.
- Manage multiple work streams in parallel, tracking progress, risks and dependencies.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively through written outputs, decks and forums.
- Proven experience in proposition development, customer experience, brand or experience development roles.
- Evidence of having developed and delivered propositions, not just contributed ideas.
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, commercial and creative teams.
- Subject matter depth in one area (e.g. Spa & Wellness, F&B, Entertainment) desirable but not essential.
This position is a fixed term contract.
