The Social Media & PR Executive plays a key role in bringing the Warner Hotels brand to life through engaging content and exceptional campaign activation.
Working across Warner Hotels, you'll capture and create compelling photo and video content, support PR activity, coordinate creator and ambassador partnerships and help deliver standout events and experiences.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being behind the camera as much as behind the scenes—creating content, editing video, supporting launches and ensuring every guest experience has the opportunity to become a great story.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Production
- Capture engaging photo and video content across Warner Hotels.
- Film and edit social-first content for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube and Linked In.
- Produce short‑form video, behind‑the‑scenes content and campaign assets.
- Edit content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Cap Cut.
- Maintain Warner's digital content library.
- Campaign Activation
- Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns through social content and PR activity.
- Work closely with Brand, CRM, Commercial and Hotel teams to identify content opportunities.
- Assist with campaign planning and content production.
- PR Support
- Support the delivery of Warner's PR programme.
- Coordinate media requests and press visits.
- Assist with press materials, imagery and campaign assets.
- Monitor media coverage and maintain reporting.
- Ambassador & Creator Programme
- Coordinate Warner Hotels' ambassadors, influencers and content creators.
- Organise creator stays and content capture.
- Manage logistics, schedules, briefs and asset delivery.
- Ensure contracted deliverables are completed.
- Events
- Support the planning and delivery of media launches, influencer events and brand experiences.
- Capture content at events for social and PR use.
- Work with photographers, videographers and external suppliers where required.
- Ensure every event generates high-quality content and earned media opportunities.
- Administration & Reporting
- Organise content calendars and asset libraries.
- Support performance reporting.
- Track creator content and campaign deliverables.
- Maintain project plans and production schedules
We're looking for our PR & Social Media Executive to have great creative experience in creating engaging social-first content, with strong photography and videography skills.
You'll need to have great video editing ability and experience using Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing software.
You'll be organised, with a creative eye for storytelling and visual content.
Ideally you'll have some experience in supporting events, influencers or PR campaigns and be willing to travel regularly to Warner Hotels across the UK.
