We are looking to recruit a Head of Commercial Trading who will play a critical role in maximising revenue and profitability across the business. They lead the strategic direction and execution of revenue management, optimising pricing, inventory, and distribution to drive revenue growth and market share. Using data‑led decision‑making, the role ensures commercial strategies are aligned with business goals across all properties. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Revenue Leadership Responsible for delivering and optimising revenue performance across a portfolio generating c.£230m annually. Develop and implement differentiated pricing strategies tailored to market segments, trading conditions, and customer behaviours. Lead the weekly trading meeting to align commercial teams on performance, opportunities, and actions.
