Set within magnificent grounds, this beautiful, coastal 258‑bedroom hotel with a theatre, purpose‑built spa, and leisure facilities (including gym and both indoor and outdoor pools), restaurant and bar is located on Hayling Island off the Hampshire coast close to Portsmouth.

What will I be doing?
As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in our kitchens, contributing to maintaining the kitchen and food safety standards, managing stock, and working in a clean and tidy environment. You'll need to understand basic food hygiene practices while working in a team that will support and develop you.
