Join our team at the Runnymede on Thames, part of the Warner Hotels Group. Opening as a Warner in 2024, this beautiful hotel on the River Thames near Windsor offers award-winning spa facilities, restaurants, bars, and outdoor activities. We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Administrator to join the team at Runnymede on Thames on a fixed term basis for four months.

The Administrator will be supporting the Operational Support Coordinator in a range of administrative tasks that help to keep the hotel operating:

  • General administrative support.
  • Filing, scanning, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assisting with ensuring all team members have signed contracts on file and scanning paper copies into electronic records.
  • Preparing and updating staff notice boards and internal communications.
  • Ensuring deliveries, post, and internal correspondence are distributed to the correct departments.
  • Assisting with uniform administration, including issuing uniform, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring team members have the items required for their role.
  • Supporting the upkeep and presentation of staff areas.
  • Assisting with payroll administration tasks, primarily obtaining HOD approvals and supporting payroll processes.
  • Preparing letters, forms, and employee documentation as required.
  • Supporting recruitment administration, including arranging interviews and preparing new starter paperwork.
  • Assisting with training compliance and ensuring employee files remain compliant and up to date.
  • Assisting with the organisation of employee engagement activities and recognition initiatives.
  • Data entry and updating internal systems.
  • Providing general administrative support to departments as required.
  • Assisting with auditing personnel files and ensuring documentation is complete and correctly filed.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
