Berkshire Healthcare has an exciting part-time opportunity for an Administrator to join the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Outpatient team. This post will predominantly be based at Wokingham Hospital but will also include some hours at Foundation House / St Marks Hospital. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, who are pro-active in ensuring a high standard of service within MSK Physio across Berkshire.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for MSK patients and visitors attending the department.
  • Take responsibility for digital referral management and patient bookings.
  • Manage a variety of specific admin tasks including phone and email support, with patient focus at the forefront.
  • Liaise with other departments and services to support and assist patients as needed, such as interpreting services.
  • Collect data and statistics to assist management in guiding the service direction.
  • Work flexibly in response to the needs of the patients, service and physiotherapists.
  • Support colleagues to deliver a high quality, effective and compassionate service both virtually and in person.
