Are you an experienced administrator looking to make a meaningful impact? Looking for your next challenge in a supportive and forward-thinking team? We are searching for a motivated and proactive Senior Administrator to enable and organise the Psychological Professions Workforce and Training team and operations. In this role, you will contribute to the understanding and shaping of the psychological professions by managing functions associated with workforce development and training.
To help us deliver the best service possible, we need someone with a practical, self-organised and positive approach to undertaking the full range of administrative tasks required. You should have experience in the development and maintenance of data systems, communication channels, and coordination of work, with a keen attention to detail and timelines. You will enjoy working in a small team while also being able to engage with professionals and managers across the Trust.
As a key member of our team, you will work alongside professional leads and the wider Learning and Development team. You will have responsibility for the essential administrative processes and data systems that ensure accurate workforce information, enable seamless management of training placements and initiatives, and provide meaningful reporting. You will also support the logistical arrangements associated with the work, and make sure delivery is accurate and timely.
- Developing and maintaining cohesive systems for workforce data, job descriptions, and training analysis
- Managing communications, including overseeing Teams channels and internet pages
- Organising, coordinating, and reporting on psychological training placements for postgraduate students, doctorate trainees, and post-qualification development
- Arranging meetings, working groups, and events while producing minutes and reports
- Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and training requirements
- Take a proactive role in service improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness, proposing solutions, and contributing to their successful implementation.
