The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

  • Practice at an advanced level, working as an autonomous practitioner within the MDT to deliver high quality urgent care to patients

  • Take responsibility and be accountable in assessing, diagnosing, treating or referring patients.

  • Undertake telephone triage work and telephone advice calls

  • As an independent prescriber, prescribe medicines in accordance with NMC/HCPC guidance and national policy.

  • Request and interpret tests appropriate to patient’s needs.

Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust’s GP Out of Hours service (WestCall) is looking to expand their existing team of experience Telephone Triage clinicians and invite you to join our dynamic and friendly team working to assess, diagnose and triage all patients who present with a range of illnesses.

We are looking for experienced Advanced Nurse or Advanced Paramedic Practitioners who must have been qualified for a minimum of 3 years with 1 year’s recent experience within general practice or minor illness care provision. In return you will receive a robust support system by our dedicated multidisciplinary team.
