Job Details

Location: 66 Thunder Mountain Rd, Charlemont, MA, USA

Pay: $16.00-16.25 per hour (including for returning employees)

Responsibilities

1. Greet guests and provide course information & directions.
2. Check waivers and tickets, familiarize guests with safety equipment.
3. Observe and assist guests, verify age and weight restrictions, assess skill levels, and ensure proper equipment use.
4. Monitor guest timing, perform retrievals and evacuations, provide basic first aid.
5. Perform course and gear inspections, maintain documentation, and upkeep grounds and equipment.
6. Ensure guests have a memorable and fun experience.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and good judgment.
• Strong attention to safety, friendly demeanor, and ability to connect with guests.
• Experience working with children is helpful.
• Comfort working at heights up to 30 feet, physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs, and able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts; at least 18 years old; background check required.
• First aid & CPR certification preferred; training provided.
