Join our team to help tackle the climate and nature crisis at Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust.
We are seeking engaging and inspiring individuals to join our team of regional Membership Recruiters. The role involves visiting local venues and events to encourage people to join their local Wildlife Trust through monthly direct debits, supporting vital conservation work. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause. As part of our efforts to address the climate and nature crisis, our goal is to connect and protect 30% of the UK's land and seas for nature by 2030. As a part-time recruiter, you'll enjoy visiting different places and engaging with diverse people about wildlife, promoting the Trust's essential work. The role is ideal for those passionate about conservation and community engagement.
Hours: Six-hour days at pre-booked venues and events. Part-time, three or four days per week, including weekends and bank holidays. Permanent contract with fixed days.
Earnings: Uncapped commission, with top performers earning over £45,000 annually working four days per week. Average annual salary of £25,000 based on four days per week (£31,200 FTE). Guaranteed minimum hourly rate of £14 during the first 60 days, then £11 per hour minimum safety net rate.

Requirements:
- Valid driving license and access to a car/van for equipment transportation
- Sales or face-to-face fundraising experience is a plus but not essential

- Excellent spoken and written English
How it works: Candidates are screened over the phone and invited for face-to-face interviews. All new starters receive paid induction and on-site training at venues. Immediate starts available with regular training sessions near Bicester, Oxfordshire.
