Love premium spirits? Got the sales drive to match? We are looking for an Account Manager to grow Spirit Cartel's presence across London, focusing on the key areas of East London, Notting Hill and the key surrounding areas outside of Mayfair within the M25. This isn't just about selling - it's about making our brands unmissable in the trade, from house pours to cocktail menus and full-on brand activations.

The Role

  • You'll be responsible for growing distribution and driving visibility for our core portfolio: Four Roses Bourbon, Tito's Vodka, 818 Tequila, Clase Azul Tequila, and more.
  • This is a hands‐on, entrepreneurial role - you'll spot opportunities, organise customer meetings and events, and work with wholesalers to make sure Spirit Cartel dominates your territory.
  • You'll be the key point of contact for decision makers, bartenders, and bar managers, helping our brands gain visibility and secure listings.
  • Along the way, you'll deliver brand training, shape cocktail menus, and implement promotions that make an impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Winning pouring agreements, cocktail listings, and making sure our brands are widely available across your territory.
  • Driving sales and hitting targets by securing the right listings with the right accounts.
  • Pitching Spirit Cartel brands with confidence, personality, and commercial flair.
  • Spotting top‐performing venues and opening the right doors to get our brands on the menu.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with decision makers, bartenders, and bar managers.
  • Working with wholesalers to boost brand knowledge and advocacy in their teams.
  • Staying ahead of the market - noticing new openings, staff changes, and opportunities before anyone else.
  • Running brand activations and promotions that put our brands front and centre.
  • Delivering brand training and supporting cocktail menu development to make our spirits shine.
  • Feeding back market insight, trends, and learnings so our brands stay ahead of the competition.

About you

  • You'll likely be well‐connected in the London and UK spirits scene with a solid understanding of on‐ and off‐trade trends.
  • Commercially sharp, with a grasp of P&L, ROI, and what drives real growth.
  • Experienced in delivering sales results with proven relationships across all channels.
  • Confident, persuasive, and excellent at building long‐term relationships.
  • A self‐starter who thrives on autonomy but understands how to work as part of a team.
  • Sales‐driven, but equally passionate about premium spirits and the brands you represent.
  • Flexible, proactive, and always ready to seize new opportunities.

Working Pattern

This is not a 9‐to‐5 desk job. You'll be customer‐facing, on the road, and available when your customers need you. You will manage expectations, deliver promotions, and host events - all while having fun and embracing an entrepreneurial approach.
