The Role
In a dynamic and customer-focused environment, you will play a key part in keeping our wines flowing smoothly across our national network, while working with some of the best in the business.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- End-to-End Supply Management: From forecasting and replenishment ordering to managing supplier pipelines and UK network transfers.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use your analytical mindset to monitor stock levels, trends, and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, 3PL warehouses, Freight Forwarders and Suppliers.
- Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively manage stock availability, cover, and risks—ensuring actions and updates are clearly communicated.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion smarter ways of working and support wider supply chain initiatives.
About You
- Degree qualified, ideally in a business or analytical discipline
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and ERP systems
- Excellent Excel skills; advanced user essential
- Wine industry experience or WSET certification is a big plus
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, import documentation, and wine logistics
- Great commercial awareness and a solution-focused mindset
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Experience with supply chain systems & demand planning tools
- Languages such as French, Spanish or Italian are a bonus.
- A genuine enthusiasm for operational excellence and problem-solving
- Previous experience of building successful relationships with 3PL warehousing and freight forwarders

Working Pattern
This role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (09:00 – 17:30pm) but the individual must be flexible according to business needs.
Work Location
Head office in London. It is a requirement that the applicant will work from the office at least 3 days a week.
