We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our operation in Melksham.

What You'll Be Doing
- As the face of Berkmann Wine Cellars, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their deliveries safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of service.
- Delivering premium wines to top-tier venues across the South West while maintaining the standards we’re known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver all allocated orders across the South West accurately, in full, and on time.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Handling and lifting wine cases (average 15kg).
- Follow delivery instructions and customer-specific requirements.
- Communicate proactively with colleagues and customers to resolve any delivery issues.
- Obtain delivery confirmations and report any discrepancies.
- Plan and input delivery routes using our route management system (Elogii).
- Collect customer payments when required and issue receipts.
- Support warehouse operations when required.
What We're Looking For
- Valid UK Driving Licence (max 6 points).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience as a multi-drop delivery driver.
- Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- CPC Certificate preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of the Oxfordshire, Dorset, South Wales and M4 Corridor road networks.
