The Compliance Project Manager is a fixed term position responsible for leading Compliance and regulatory change projects and supporting the design and implementation of regulatory and operational improvements through the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to implementation and closure.

  • Lead Compliance and regulatory change projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation and closure.
  • Support the design and implementation of regulatory and operational improvements.
  • Apply project management expertise and knowledge of Compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements when delivering projects.
  • Support simplification initiatives responding to new FCA rules on simplifying product governance rules and ensuring product governance processes are proportionate.
  • Contribute to Target Operating Model work, including resetting the mandate of the function and reviewing the use of outsourcing and tools such as AI.
