Do you have the following?

  • A wide range of maintenance skills, including proficiency in plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting, decorating and garden maintenance.
  • Attention to detail to present the home and grounds in excellent condition.
  • Strong organisational, communication and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • A full and clean driving licence in order to drive the home mini-bus and car.
  • The knowledge and skills to provide training in emergency procedures.
  • The skills and experience to carry out regular checks, inspections and risk assessments.
  • The ability to assist with the movement and assembly of furniture.
