- The ability to mentor, nurture and develop junior team members
Do you have the following?
- A strong knowledge of the NMC Code of Conduct and professional nursing standards
- Skills and experience in promoting person centred care and individual empowerment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with all, including relatives and medical professionals
- Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a team of clinical and non-clinical staff
- The knowledge and experience to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and support, including end of life care
- Experience of administering prescribed medicines and drug management
- Experience of accurate record keeping and supervision of nutritional requirements
- The experience to lead on care planning, audit and review
