What we are looking for:

  • An individual who is warm and kind with a caring and compassionate nature.
  • Someone who would take pride in being a face of the home, who is often one of the first to welcome visitors.
  • Someone who is calm and able to manage the needs of a variety of people.

Do you have the following?

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a range of people.
  • Attention to detail to present the home well and make a good first impression, including during show rounds for prospective residents and their families.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills to support the Home Administrator with tasks such as inputting data, ensuring systems are updated, postal duties and document production.
  • Good customer service skills, including in person, over the phone and via email.
