Do you have the following?
- A wide range of maintenance skills, including proficiency in plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting, decorating and garden maintenance.
- Attention to detail to present the home and grounds in excellent condition.
- Strong organisational, communication and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- A full and clean driving licence in order to drive the home mini-bus and car.
- The knowledge and skills to provide training in emergency procedures.
- The skills and experience to carry out regular checks, inspections and risk assessments.
- The ability to assist with the movement and assembly of furniture.
