Do you have the following?
- Previous management experience in maintenance.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a wide range of maintenance skills, including proficiency in plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting, decorating and garden maintenance.
- Attention to detail to present the home and grounds in excellent condition.
- Strong leadership skills with the experience to motivate, develop and delegate to others and be part of a supportive team.
- Proven planning and budgeting experience with excellent attention to detail.
- Good organisational, communication and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- The skills and experience to carry out health and safety inspections and audits.
