Do you have the following?
- Active NMC Registration
- Previous management and senior nursing experience in adult social care settings
- Detailed knowledge of clinical governance and nursing best practices
- The ability to lead, motivate, develop and delegate to others and be part of a supportive team
- Experience of promoting a caring and friendly environment where the philosophy of person-centred care is at the heart of everything you do, including the empowerment of residents to fully participate in all decisions relating to them
- The ability to form relationships with a wide range of people, including residents and their families, the home team and medical professionals
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
