This is a weekend position working Saturday and Sunday week 1 and Saturday or Sunday week 2.

  • Planning with a good attention to detail.
  • Creativity with an understanding of how to engage and include a variety of people.
  • An interest in a wide range of activity with a desire to share skills and hobbies.
  • Patience with the ability to empower and support residents with activity choices and desired experiences.
  • The ability to organise and prepare special events and celebrations, including those to promote the home.
  • An ability to capture everyday life moments in photos to promote the home.
  • Good communication skills with a variety of people, eg residents, their families and others in the local community.
