Do you have the following?
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a range of people.
- Attention to detail to present the home well and make a good first impression, including during show rounds for prospective residents and their families.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills to support the Home Administrator with tasks such as inputting data, ensuring systems are updated, postal duties and document production.
- Good customer service skills, including in person, over the phone and via email.
