Do you have the following?
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC Registration
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience
- Significant experience caring for people living with dementia
- Previous leadership or management experience within a care home or similar setting
- Experience of supervising and developing teams
- Experience of clinical audits and quality improvement
- Excellent knowledge of dementia care best practice
- Good understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards
- Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act, DoLS and safeguarding legislation
- Knowledge of medicines management and NMC professional standards
- Understanding of clinical governance and risk management
