Job Description
Berkeley Apart Hotel is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and experienced Hotel Housekeeper / Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good cleaning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Ensure rooms are properly cleaned and ready for guest check-ins.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the hotel.
- Coordinate with the reception team regarding room availability.
- Follow hotel housekeeping procedures and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred.
- Good understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to manage daily housekeeping duties.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Work Location: On-site – Berkeley Apart Hotel, 28 Rivington Street, Shoreditch, London, UK.
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
