An exciting opportunity has arisen for Head of Year – Early Years Foundation Stage, to play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are looking for those with proven success in leading high-quality EYFS provision, strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child‑centered pedagogy, and experience in coaching and developing Early Years staff. You should have confidence in using assessment and data to inform teaching and drive improvement, excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. For this role a flexible, proactive mindset and a strong commitment to ongoing professional learning is essential.
