Berkhamsted Prep School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Head of Year to lead a year group and ensure high-quality and effective teaching and learning throughout the school. This key role involves building strong relationships with pupils, parents and staff, and creating a supportive environment where every child can thrive.
The successful candidate will provide clear leadership, promote high standards of behaviour and wellbeing, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive school experience. We are looking for someone who is organised and committed to helping young people flourish.
