We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Science to join our Senior School to lead the vision for Science at Berkhamsted. The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality of teaching and learning within Science and for the co-ordination of super-curricular science.

The Director of Science will guide the strategic direction and development of Science, whilst securing and sustaining effective teaching by evaluating the quality of teaching and standards of pupils' achievements. A key factor of this role will be to lead and manage staff to ensure all those with involvement in the teaching or support of the subject receive effective support, challenge and professional development within their roles.
