System Administrator

System Administrator / Contract role / Initial 6 months / Inside ir35 / On site / London / Rate TBD

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a System Administrator (M365 / O365) located in Greater London. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting and providing technical support. Daily tasks include system administration, network administration, supporting users, responding to tickets, handling escalations, being a Microsoft SME and ensuring the smooth operation of information technology systems within the organization.

Qualifications

• M365 / O365 System Administration and Network Administration skills, and good knowledege of security, SCCM, EUC, Identity Access and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
• Strong Information Technology knowledge and experience
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and potentially lead
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus and all Microsoft services including azure
• Bachelor\’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are an advantage
• Would be nice to have hospitality industry experience
