Job Description:
Change Specialist - London - £400 per day Inside IR35 - 6 months - 3 days a week onsite
YOU MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE & RECENT PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.
My colsultancy client is looking for an experienced Change Specialist. This is a hands-on change role, requiring someone who can engage effectively with staff and managers at all levels and help translate change plans into successful implementation.
Key responsibilities:
- Support delivery of implementation plans
- Build relationships and drive staff engagement throughout the programme
- Work closely with line managers and stakeholders at all levels
- Support communications, process mapping and staff upskilling
- Identify, manage and escalate risks and issues
- Identify inefficiencies and improvements, implementing new processes where required
- Provide regular reporting on implementation progress
Essential experience:
- Strong previous experience in Change Analyst/Change Management roles
- Significant Public Sector experience is essential
- Experience delivering organisational or structural change
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience managing change risks, issues and dependencies
