You\’ll be joining a Cloud-first technology business with a great reputation, real career opportunities and a company which has won multiple awards.

You\’ll ideally have at least 3 years working in a similar capacity,acting as the highest technical escalation point from the service desk team, completing Azure migrations,resolving complex technical issues including root cause analysis and manage their wired & wireless networks, including switches, routers, firewalls.

From a technical perspective, you\’ll have knowledge on Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, VMware/Hyper-V and Microsoft Security,with a superb customer service focus.
