As the Program Director, you will support the Transformation Director and organisational changes by leading programs, strategic planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration of processes and systems to achieve business objectives.
In your role, you will build a strong team through open communication and by collaborating on decision-making responsibilities. You will drive efficiency, minimise disruptions, and optimise outcomes during the transition period. You will provide leadership and guidance to project managers and teams while managing stakeholder relationships and communication throughout the transition.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR transformation projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and Legal.
- Establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables to track progress and ensure timely completion.
