I currently have a fantastic new position for an HPC Team Leader to join a Global Earth Science client. You will be working with a dedicated HPC Team to develop the DevOps environment and lead the transition from legacy IT approaches to a more Agile way of working.

Responsibilities:

  1. Mentor and coach team members.
  2. Improve and develop existing systems, technology, and infrastructure.
  3. Ensure the operational maintenance model and tools are efficient and well-designed.
  4. Provide third-line technical support for escalated issues.

Experience Required:

  1. Experience leading and mentoring a team.
  2. Strong experience with Linux, ideally in an HPC environment.
  3. Good experience with Agile project management.
  4. Knowledge of Ansible, OpenStack, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Docker is highly desirable.
