An exciting opportunity to join our client and take a lead role in driving their Digital Innovation strategy. As the Director of Digital Innovation, you will establish and lead a team dedicated to accelerating innovation, enhancing solutions, identifying cutting-edge digital technology, improving consumer engagement, nurturing successful partnerships, streamlining operations, and enhancing the overall employee experience to achieve business goals. You will report directly to the Director of Technology, collaborating closely with IT to establish technical foundations aligned with the overall architecture and service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a digital ambassador, defining and embedding the target vision and strategy throughout the organization, providing clarity on the concept of "digital" for the business, and envisioning the future characteristics of a high-performance digital business.
- Showcase a track record of successfully delivering digital deployments from prototype to adopted solutions with achieved business cases.
- Differentiating between business areas requiring targeted innovation and custom technology development and those where off-the-shelf solutions can be most efficiently leveraged.
