Our client in Manchester seeks a Digital Capabilities Manager for a minimum 6-month engagement. Join our team to refine and execute current and future plans. Lead the review, simplification, and refresh of job descriptions, ensuring alignment with Career Pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate Job Role Catalogue against industry standards and organizational needs.
- Recommend changes with clear rationale and assess their impact.
- Execute implementation plans.
- Collaborate closely with Capability, Heads of Role, Practice teams, and HR
