Our client in Manchester seeks a Digital Capabilities Manager for a minimum 6-month engagement. Join our team to refine and execute current and future plans. Lead the review, simplification, and refresh of job descriptions, ensuring alignment with Career Pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate Job Role Catalogue against industry standards and organizational needs.
  • Recommend changes with clear rationale and assess their impact.
  • Execute implementation plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Capability, Heads of Role, Practice teams, and HR

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in capability or learning and development roles.
  • Familiarity with job role architecture and effective job description criteria.
  • Experience in crafting and refining job descriptions, aligning with professional frameworks.
