Requirements
- Experience delivering technology or digital transformation programmes
- Confidence leading multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments
- Experience delivering into UK Government or the wider public sector is ideally required
- Understanding of the pace, governance and expectations of government and public sector environments
- Ability to build trust quickly with stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to create the conditions for teams to succeed
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex digital programmes
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Manage risks, dependencies and delivery plans
- Support Agile teams to deliver high quality outcomes
- Remove blockers and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with Product Managers, Architects and Engineering teams
- Help shape successful delivery across multiple client engagements
