My client are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Manager to lead their data and reporting function. You will be responsible for developing analytics capability, managing a small team, and delivering high-quality insights that support business decision-making across the organisation. This is a hands-on leadership role combining data strategy, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the data analytics function and team.
- Design and oversee data pipelines, models, and reporting solutions.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices are maintained.
- Provide actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics.

Skills & Experience
- Proven managerial or leadership experience in data analytics or BI.
