What You’ll Be Doing- Leading the entire food operation across two standout London sites
- Driving innovation across retail dining, hospitality, staff food, and events
- Inspiring and developing ambitious kitchen teams through hands‑on leadership
- Delivering exceptional food experiences—from daily service to VIP functions
- Working closely with General Managers and stakeholders to elevate standards
- Owning financial performance including GP, labour, costing, and efficiencies
- Maintaining impeccable food safety and operational compliance
- A proven Head Chef or Executive Chef from hotels, events, or high-volume hospitality
- Strong experience across multiple food offers—restaurant, banqueting, hospitality, events
- Excellent culinary craft with an obsession for quality and consistency
- Commercially savvy with strong financial awareness
- A natural leader with presence, energy, and the ability to motivate teams
- Flexible and adaptable—comfortable supporting evening and weekend events
