We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade at our award-winning 2 Rosette hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven chef looking to develop their career in a high-quality, fresh-food environment where creativity and attention to detail are key.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional dishes that meet our 2 Rosette standards. You will work closely with the Senior Chefs to maintain quality, efficiency, and innovation across the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of your section, ensuring high standards of preparation and presentation
  • Maintain consistency and quality in line with Rosette-level expectations
  • Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas
