The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional dishes that meet our 2 Rosette standards. You will work closely with the Senior Chefs to maintain quality, efficiency, and innovation across the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your section, ensuring high standards of preparation and presentation
- Maintain consistency and quality in line with Rosette-level expectations
- Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Support and mentor junior members of the team
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Background in a quality fresh-food kitchen (Rosette or fine dining experience preferred)
