My client is an established independent contact caterer, and is seeking to recruit an experienced Group Development Chef for their expanding business in the education catering sector. They are a rapidly expanding and successful company, and are seeking a candidate to look after all craft operations for a large academy group in the North West and West Midlands areas.
The right candidate will be able to perform in a fully autonomous role and be able to thrive in a role that requires high levels of self management. You will excel at exceeding targets and have excellent financial and people management skills.
You should have current Regional or Area, Operations, Support or Group Executive Chef experience in the education catering sector over multiple sites, with a background of managing direct reports, and with a real passion for food and service quality, including a strong knowledge of education catering management, client relationship building, people skills, financial acumen and measurable success history.
